Job Summary: As a Retail Merchandise Associate, you will engage with customers, embody our customer experience principles, and maintain a clean and organized store. You'll also adhere to operational standards and may be cross-trained to work in various areas to meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model excellent customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Process customer purchases and returns accurately, ensuring proper change is given.
- Promote our credit and loyalty programs during customer interactions.
- Follow established merchandising procedures and standards to maintain our merchandising philosophy.
- Prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures.
- Assist with store recovery throughout the day to ensure a tidy shopping environment.
- Uphold cleanliness and organizational standards for the sales floor and overall store.
- Engage in ongoing recognition and constructive feedback with team members.
- Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives to maintain a risk-free environment.
- Complete other assigned tasks as necessary.

- Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability in responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

- Previous retail customer experience is preferred.
