Description:
• We are seeking an experienced Allergy Advanced Practice Provider to join our outpatient team in New York, NY.
• This full-time role requires varied weekday shifts and one weekend day per month.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in allergy and immunology treatment, particularly oral immunotherapy, and will thrive in a patient-centered environment.

Requirements:
• Evaluate and manage patients with allergic and immunologic conditions.
• Conduct and interpret allergy testing.
• Administer and monitor allergen immunotherapy and oral immunotherapy.
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on allergy management.
• Manage acute allergic reactions in the outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record.

Qualifications:
• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in allergy, immunology, or primary care.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and dedicated to exceptional patient care.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
