Join Our Team as a Customer Service Lot Assistant
As a Customer Service Lot Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers at Home Depot. In this position, you'll assist customers with loading their vehicles, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with vehicle loading to enhance their shopping experience.
- Monitoring and maintaining the store entrance for a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keeping a sufficient quantity of shopping carts available near the entrance.
This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be the first and last associate many customers interact with during their visit.
