Pay & Benefits:

  • Starting pay: $24.00/hour
  • Automatic raises at 30 days and every 90 days thereafter - Earn an additional $1.20/hour in just your first 90 days
  • 2nd Shift Premium: +$0.75/hour
  • 3rd Shift Premium: +$1.00/hour
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match
  • 80 hours PTO + 9 paid holidays + Sick Days
  • Weekly Pay
Available Shifts:
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday
  • 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday-Thursday
*NOTE: all training will be completed on 1st shift and can last 6-12 months depending on experience*

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Operate and set up all machines in the department
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform daily machine maintenance
  • Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate machine configurations
  • Inspect product quality throughout runs and maintain production standards
  • Perform changeovers, minor repairs, machine wash-ups, and general cleaning
  • Track and document labor, production counts, and material usage
  • Load die-cut paper stacks into the machine feed and ensure smooth operation
  • Pack envelopes uniformly into boxes and pallets while maintaining machine pace
What We're Looking For:
  • Mechanical aptitude - hands-on problem solvers who enjoy working with machines
  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, automotive, fleet, or farm mechanic role strongly preferred
  • Comfortable learning and operating complex equipment
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to train on 1st shift for an extended period
