Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

- Enter and scan invoices, obtain approvals and cut checks
- Maintain vendor files, communicate with vendors on open invoices and statement reconciliation
- Ensure vendor checks are cashed and deposits posted
- Account research
- Special projects
- Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable in Real Estate
- Yardi or similar real estate software a must
- Strong Excel, communication skills
- Ability to work in-office Mon thru Fri
The Salary Range is $50,000 - $60,000.
