Compensation and Mileage Details:

  • Dry Van Drivers: $0.55 - $0.68 CPM*
  • Estimated annual earnings: $74,000 - $85,000*
  • Refrigerated Drivers: $0.625 - $0.71 CPM*
  • Estimated annual earnings: $78,000 - $90,000*
  • Veterans receive an extra $0.01 CPM
  • Average miles driven per week: 2,200 - 2,500+
  • Onboarding Bonus: $500 + Vacation Pay: $1,000
  • Bi-annual wage reviews and unlimited referral bonuses of $2,000 per driver
  • Compensation for detention, layover, and stop time

(*Earnings depend on location and are inclusive of monthly performance sign-on pay during your first 6 months: $0.025 CPM for under 3 years experience or $0.05 CPM for 3+ years experience, contingent on employment status.)

Requirements for CDL-A Company Truck Drivers:

  • For Dry Van Drivers:
    • Must possess a valid CDL-A, age 21 or older
    • 6 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience within the last 3 years
    • Demonstrated safe driving record
  • For Refrigerated Drivers:
    • Must possess a valid CDL-A, age 21 or older
    • A minimum of 6 months refrigerated experience, 1 year preferred
    • Demonstrated safe driving record
