We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator who is passionate about payroll and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role combines core HR responsibilities with payroll administration, ensuring employees are supported and paid accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy in timekeeping, deductions, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Maintain employee records in HRIS systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Prepare HR and payroll reports for management and assist with audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of HR or payroll experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
