As a Famous Footwear Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in creating a memorable shoe shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities:

  • Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks are executed effectively, including pricing, shipment processing, and inventory management, keeping the store clean and organized for a seamless shopping experience.
  • Be a Culture Influencer: Embrace and promote our vibrant store culture by delivering exceptional customer engagement and creating positive customer experiences that will encourage loyalty.

Additional Responsibilities: Other tasks may be assigned as needed to meet business requirements. Overtime may be necessary during peak times.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly lift up to 40 lbs using safe techniques.
