Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field with 5+ years in strategy, technology, marketing, digital product management, or operations.
  • Solid expertise in electronic banking products, services, and devices, with a proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives.
  • Solid analytical, prioritization, collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant licenses or certifications (if applicable) and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team-focused setting.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in work schedule and task execution.
Your responsibilities as the Digital Banking Specialist will include:
  • Oversee daily operations of digital banking channels, including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture.
  • Manage digital payment processing and ensure fraud mitigation and compliance with policies.
  • Lead implementation of digital banking strategies, product enhancements, and staff training initiatives.
  • Monitor system performance, vendor service levels, and member experience through dashboards and feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, resolve issues, and promote digital products and services.
