The Role:

A food server is responsible for the entire experience that a customer has during their dining experience. Make yourself available to guests' questions and commentary so that you can learn from them every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Reports on an as needed basis.
  • Completes all established set-up duties on time.
  • Obtains the food when prepared, delivers to respective guest, and then moves on to service another table.
  • Returns to each assigned table periodically to ascertain whether additional items are desired.
  • May occasionally take beverage order from guest.
  • Observes and fulfills side work preparatory duties.
  • Maintains excellent grooming and personal conduct according to Bally's Atlantic City specifications.
Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Ability to carry and balance service tray on shoulder.
  • Must have legible handwriting.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A great attitude
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
  • Amazing interpersonal skills
  • Ability to solve customer complaints
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skill
