Join Our Sales Team -Full-Time or Part-Time Role in Mount Dora, FL
This is not your average retail job.

What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively welcoming customers and starting genuine conversations
- Demonstrating products and helping customers find the right fit (full training provided)
- Driving sales by meeting and exceeding performance goals
- Creating a fun, high-energy shopping experience customers want to return to
- Keeping the store looking sharp through restocking and merchandising
- A sales-first mindset-you're comfortable engaging customers and closing the sale
- An upbeat, confident personality with strong communication skills
- Prior retail or sales experience (this is not an entry-level position)
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- A fast-paced, interactive environment where your effort and results matter
- A supportive team that values initiative, personality, and performance
