Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a memorable dining experience to our guests by greeting them warmly, serving delicious food, and processing payments efficiently.
  • Keep the restaurant clean and maintain its appealing appearance.
  • Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to ensure our food quality remains fresh.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, rotating through various roles such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals while fostering a fun and positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • A friendly and helpful demeanor
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Some high school education
  • Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations, which will be your responsibility to obtain.

Working Conditions:

Employees should be prepared to work in environments that may involve high temperatures and noise levels typical of kitchen settings. Role may involve prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and reaching across counters. Effective communication, adaptability, and conflict management skills are essential for success in this dynamic work environment.
