As the Associate Clinical Center Director, you will supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) at your center, ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality and patient satisfaction. While you'll have dedicated time for leadership responsibilities, you’ll also provide direct patient care as a PCP. Your ability to drive clinical outcomes, support your team, and cultivate a culture of excellence will be crucial as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care for older adult patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Take full accountability for patient care and health outcomes, while coordinating with specialists when necessary.
  • Engage with hospitalists to oversee care transitions for your patients.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary care team and ensure effective collaboration with operational staff.
  • Conduct weekly leadership meetings and support center clinical operations as needed.
  • Participate in patient recruitment and support new provider onboarding and training.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to PCPs to enhance clinical performance and outcomes.
  • Work closely with center management to enhance financial performance and increase patient membership.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to various applications.
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally nationally for training and recruiting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with other language capabilities a plus.
  • High level of independent judgment to make critical decisions.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with active state licensure in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred in a geriatric or family practice setting.
  • Board certification is preferred, with board eligibility required.
  • DEA certification for controlled substances is a must.
  • Must complete Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within the first 90 days of employment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $231,876 - $331,251
