Description

The Enrollment Support Associate assists in coordinating, submitting, and monitoring provider enrollments with MHMR for Programs billing third-party funds. This role aims to swiftly address enrollment and credentialing issues to prevent revenue loss. The Associate supports Enrollments, Credentialing, PFS, and other agency Programs, ensuring effective training, communication, and resource utilization for maximum reimbursement. Additionally, the role maintains staff access to third-party payor, provider relations, and claim-related websites to ensure accurate and expedited resolutions while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
Preferences: Bachelor's Degree
Years' Experience: One (1) year
Defined Experience: Medical billing, medical business office environment, managed care, credentialing, provider enrollment or similar industry.
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver's License
