LPN Supervisor - 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm)
Location: Pyramid Healthcare - York, PA

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to join our exceptional team of behavioral healthcare professionals and play a key role in supporting our clients' recovery journeys and leading nursing operations during the 2nd shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to LPNs and other nursing staff during the 2nd shift.
  • Complete initial nursing assessments for new admissions.
  • Administer and educate clients on medications.
  • Learn and assist with detox protocols using COWS and CIWA scales.
  • Coordinate and support medical providers with assessments and medication management.
  • Maintain medical equipment in proper working order.
  • Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Current or pending LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership nursing role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in behavioral healthcare or substance use treatment settings a plus.
