We prioritize your success and offer up to 4 weeks of training pay based on your residency and state regulations for new RV Salespeople.

This position is commission-based with unlimited earning potential. Top performers can earn over $150,000 annually, and those who qualify may receive year-end sales volume bonuses.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by selling both new and used RVs.
  • Conduct engaging demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
  • Close sales effectively while collaborating with the F&I team.
  • Maintain a high-integrity, no-pressure approach in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in fields like RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
  • Must be bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license.
  • Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer information.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
  • Capable of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending for extended periods.

Compensation Overview:

This is a fully commission-based position.

Competitive annual earnings typically range from $50,000 to over $150,000. Specific state laws apply; in California, Massachusetts, and Maine, a base hourly rate matching the applicable state minimum wage will be provided in addition to any commissions. In other states, minimum compensation is no less than $12.25 per hour or the applicable state hourly minimum wage, whichever is higher.
