AmeriStaff Employment and Staffing Solutions is seeking a Division Vice President (Office Staffing Manager) in Danville, VA. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee office operations, office staff, temporary associates, and customer relationships while driving business growth and operational excellence.

- Drive business results through frequent client outreach, including calls, virtual meetings, and on-site visits.
- Utilize innovative and systematic sourcing methods to identify and verify top talent.
- Oversee the inquiry, recruitment, credentialing, retention, and scheduling processes to ensure client needs are met with high-quality service.
- Negotiate and establish profitable contracts with clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and legal regulations through ongoing assessment and supervision.
- Establish and manage pay and bill rates to ensure successful recruitment and retention of professionals.
- Maintain bottom-line earnings accountability for branch operations.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate Degree preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven managerial experience.
- Related Human Resource or Talent Acquisition experience preferred.

- General knowledge of local employers and occupational requirements across various industries.
- Experience with job search tools, databases, networking groups, and social media platforms.
- Highly proactive, organized, and responsible with a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining professional relationships with management, staff, and clients.
- Capable of making independent decisions and judgments in alignment with company policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
