Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Install, commission, and modify new manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for repairs and installations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs and industrial control systems
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and motor control systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and basic fabrication.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- HVAC system maintenance and repair experience.
- Robotics or automation system troubleshooting experience.
