Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the recruiting team and hiring managers to streamline the selection and onboarding process for new talent.

  • Manage benefits and leave administration, including short-term disability, workers' compensation, FMLA, and personal leave.

  • Conduct reviews of workplace policies and employee conduct to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.

  • Engage in job fairs, community events, and initiatives to boost employee morale and involvement.

  • Utilize data analysis to uncover trends and areas for improvement to support leadership decisions.

  • Stay informed about federal, state, and local legal regulations and processes relevant to HR.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR generalist, preferably in a warehouse setting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday).

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Certification in PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.
