As a Mental Health Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, formerly known as (Ellie Mental Health/ Nystrom & Associates), you will primarily focus on providing superior client care and improving the mental health of your local community. You'll do this by drawing upon your training and experience to meet the client where they're at.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
  • Provide high-quality individual therapy
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP)
  • Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.
