Qualifications :
- Must hold one of the following:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Master's Level Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Limited License Professional Counselor (LLPC)
- Limited License Master of Social Work (LLMSW)
- School experience strongly preferred.
- Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior support for general education students
- Collaborate with school staff to deliver tiered mental health interventions within the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework
- Facilitate mental health screenings, referral coordination, and case consultation
- Document services and track student progress in alignment with grant and compliance requirements
- Submit medicaid billing through district's EHR platform for student services
- Participate in school-based team meetings, family engagement, and professional development
- Coordinate care and referrals with internal and community-based partners
