Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to post-acute residents in nearby facilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including eating and personal hygiene
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents
  • Help transport residents within the facility as required
  • Monitor and report resident vital signs and condition updates to the nursing team
  • Follow resident care plans and adhere to all policies and regulations
  • Engage with residents to foster trust and security
  • Facilitate communication among staff, residents, and families to enhance comfort
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and nursing procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
