Senior Salesforce Analyst (Investor Applications)
Location: Manhattan - New York City, NY
*Onsite 5 days per week*

leading investment management company is seeking a Senior Salesforce Analyst to support our Investor Applications team. This role focuses on Salesforce administration and configuration with light development responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can partner directly with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary Salesforce administrator, managing user configurations, permissions, workflows, Flows, Process Builder, and page layouts.
  • Lead configuration-heavy tasks, including system enhancements, automation, and day-to-day platform support.
  • Collaborate directly with business users to gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and implement effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, ensuring quick resolution and clear communication with both technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Document system changes, create training materials, and support user adoption.


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration (Sales Cloud preferred).
  • Strong understanding of platform tools such as Flows, Process Builder, SOQL, and permission sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical and business language.
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering enhancements.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Nice to Have
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I).
  • Experience with integration tools (e.g., Workato, FISDX, Intralinks) and Agile development practices.
