Our Walters & Wolf Interiors Company is currently seeking an individual to fill a Production Worker position in Fremont, California. Available departments include Hollow Metal, Aluminum, Wood, Hardware, and Material Handling.
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Woodworking experience
- Proficiency with power tools
- Knowledge of basic math, including fractions and decimals
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity with measurements
- Construction background is a plus
- Experience operating power tools, machinery, light-gauge welding, and cutting equipment
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
- Self-motivated, responsible, and reliable
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work off-hours and/or overtime as needed
Monday - Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must be willing to join the union
