- Collaborate with team members to optimize data management processes
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
- Continuously improve data entry procedures to enhance efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management is a plus
- Proven attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Basic knowledge of data entry best practices and data privacy regulations
- Previous experience is not required but can be an advantage
