Warehouse Associate

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a vital role in building, stocking, and assembling store displays using cardboard and plastic materials. You will utilize tools such as hot glue guns, staplers, and zip ties, and may also operate shrink wrap machines and banders.
This position requires standing for the full 8-hour shift while being a collaborative team member on the co-pack line. You'll be expected to follow instructions and handle items weighing up to 25 lbs regularly, with assistance available for heavier items. Look forward to potential voluntary overtime opportunities during high-demand periods.
You will enjoy two paid 20-minute breaks with no lunch break. Facilities such as microwaves, refrigerators, and vending machines are available for your convenience. The majority of the building is climate-controlled, providing a comfortable working environment.
Please note that parking can be limited, so we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to secure a spot. You may have to park in the back lot and walk around to enter the building.

While working in our warehouse environment, you may be assigned to:
- Work independently or collaboratively to pick, pack, and ship items.
- Safely move or repackage inventory items as needed, up to 50 pounds.
- Operate machinery or light equipment safely as trained.
- Engage in physical activities such as reaching, crouching, and bending as required by your supervisor.
- Maintain a fast pace while on your feet for your entire shift.
- Work comfortably around forklifts, trucks, and standard warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to a specific dress code; please wear closed-toed shoes and pants if no dress code is specified.
