Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available to work within San Mateo County.
  • Willing to provide care for multiple clients.
  • Comply with CA DSS Home Care Aide Registry requirements, including passing background checks.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Your eligibility to work will be verified using E-Verify.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience.

Shifts may vary from 4 to 12 hours, catering to the needs of various clients.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Personal care services tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Assistance with hygiene and toileting/incontinence care.
  • Light housekeeping duties.
  • Support for mobility and transportation needs.
  • Meal preparation and companionship.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.
