Position Details:
Datrose is seeking a Forklift Operator / Material Handler for a one-year contract position with a possibility of being temp to hire.
Location:East Rochester (near Penfield), NY
Work Hours:11am-7:30pm, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Who We're Looking For:
Candidates with Forklift Certification to work in an industrial/warehouse environment. Experience should include picking stock, using handheld scanners, loading and unloading materials. A team player, with good communication skills and a mind for safety. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
What to Expect as a Forklift Operator:

Perform various manual activities under minimal/direct supervision

Picking stock
-
Light manufacturing
-
Building pallets for shipment
-
Loading and unloading materials
-
Ordering, storing and delivering supplies

Using hand scanners
-
Heavy lifting up to 70 lbs.

Work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications for Success:

High School Diploma or GED/HSEOR2+ years of warehouse experience required

Fork Truck License required
-
Need steel toe safety shoes
-
Basic mathematic skills
-
Prior Warehouse/Dock experience
-
Detail oriented with time management skills
-
Must have knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Word and basic Excel and Outlook

SAP knowledge is preferred
