Job Description:

The Clinic Team Leader is responsible for the performance of a department or business unit in alignment with Bellin's strategic priorities: market leadership (Growth), clinical excellence (Effectiveness), optimal value (Efficiency), and strong engagement (Engagement). This role provides leadership to achieve both operational and strategic objectives within the business unit and its associated Brand or Service Delivery Structure. The leader champions safety and quality improvement initiatives while fostering team development. They also serve as a catalyst for change, supporting the vision, mission, and strategic goals of Bellin Health System.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of demonstrated competency in a clinical or business leadership role.
