Picker and Stocker

Job Title- Picker and Stocker
Pay- $21.50/hr W2
Location- Patterson, CA
Duration- 3 months contract
This position will be a combination of picking products for shipment and stocking items in the distribution center. Training:
1st shift hours for 1 week (7/14/25 - 7/18/25) 500am - 130pm PST
Then move to the 2nd shift on 7/21/25 (500pm - 130am PST)
This is a hybrid warehouse role combining both Picking and Stocking responsibilities. Candidates will work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive distribution environment, handling products, lifting up to 75 lbs (with assistance as needed), and remaining on their feet for the majority of their shift.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Stocker:

• Cut and unpack merchandise, restock picklines
• Rotate inventory and ensure product freshness
• Dispose of packaging materials properly
• Operate RF scanner and follow WMS procedures
• Work in varying warehouse conditions

• Pick and pack merchandise according to pick documents
• Label items and handle pricing/EAS tagging
• Place orders on conveyors and complete mark-out sheets
• Report repeated stock-outs to supervisors

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (assistance available for heavy lifting)
• Able to walk, stand, bend, and reach for most of the shift
• Read, write, and count accurately
• Comfortable working in warm/cool warehouse conditions
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail

• Warehouse operates in seasonally changing temperatures
• Rolling equipment and conveyors are part of the environment
• Ability to cross-train and flex into other roles as needed is a must
