**Job Description:**
Are you a talented plumber who strives to solve problems and providin excellent service? We're looking for an experienced plumber to handle a variety of residential and commercial plumbing tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Perform inspections and identify potential problems
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Provide accurate estimates and recommendations to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and local building codes
- Communicate effectively with clients, offering professional and courteous service
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a plumber (minimum of 3 years preferred)
- Valid plumbing license (State of Indiana)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
