Hire Dynamics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in a facility in Charlotte, NC
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description: operating equipment like forklifts, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and ensuring orders are accurately filled for delivery or pickup
Tasks to Perform:
-
- Order fulfillment: Picking, packing, and processing orders for shipping or pickup.
- Inventory management: Receiving and stocking new inventory, performing regular stock counts, and updating inventory records using a computerized system.
- Shipping and receiving: Loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments for accuracy, and preparing items for outbound delivery.
- Equipment operation: Safely operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
- Warehouse maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by maintaining workstations, shelves, and other areas.
- Quality control: Inspecting products for accuracy and damage before shipping.
Compensation:
- $18
Available Schedules:
- Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as order picker or other warehouse position
- Experience or license in handling forklifts, pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment.
