Responsibilities for mainframe support
  • Coordinate business approval of production migrations (release entry framework to be extended)

  • Ensure all change to UAT or production environments follow the change management procedures, all paperwork are
  • Attends technical workshops, trainings, seminars and conferences to expand end-to-end knowledge gain insight on emerging relevant technologies
  • You will maintain effective communication to the internal/external clients to understand their application related issues/queries/problems
  • Provide timely and efficient support for various trade processing and settlement applications
  • Should be able to handle Incident Management and Problem Management activities to minimize the impact during application outages or production incidents
  • Coordinate and participate in various weekend activities like disaster recovery and federally mandated tests
  • Work with a global team to provide application support that includes technical support, analyze and resolve software failures, troubleshoot technical problems
