Job Title: Logistics Support Coordinator
Location: Onsite in Beaverton, OR
Pay Rate: $24 - $26.50 per hour
Duration: 2-4 weeks (Seasonal Holiday Support)
Schedule: Onsite, full-time during assignment About the Role
LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Support Coordinator to join our client's team for a short-term assignment during the busy holiday season. This is an excellent opportunity to earn extra income while gaining experience in a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the logistics team during peak operations
• Assist with data entry, documentation, and order tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of shipments
• Maintain accurate records and update systems as needed
• Respond to inquiries and resolve minor discrepancies promptly Qualifications
• Previous administrative or logistics support experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience using ERP or similar systems is a big plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics or similar is a plus

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.50 per hour
