A leading national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles office in a full-time, partnership-track position. This is a high-impact opportunity for a mid-level attorney to work on complex, high-stakes litigation involving product liability, mass tort, toxic tort, and class actions.

What You'll Do:
- Take an active role in product liability, mass tort, and class action litigation
- Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial prep
- Work closely with partners and clients across a variety of industries
- Participate in meaningful pro bono work as part of a mission-driven culture
- Provide top-tier client service with responsiveness, clarity, and confidence
- 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience (JD class years 2019-2021), ideally with class actions, product liability, toxic tort, or mass tort matters
- A strong academic background and excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and case management skills
- Active California Bar membership is required
- Partnership track in a nationally recognized litigation group
- Salary range: $260,000-$365,000, depending on experience
