Description

Our client, a well-established and growing healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight to a team of clinical professionals in a modern, patient-focused care environment.

The Clinical Manager will work collaboratively with program and facility leadership to promote excellence in patient outcomes, staff development, and compliance with regulatory standards. The Clinical Manager fosters a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage non-physician clinical staff in collaboration with program and facility leadership.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train clinical team members to ensure competency and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Develop and deliver ongoing education, coaching, and leadership training for clinical personnel.
  • Oversee clinical scheduling and staffing to ensure appropriate coverage and operational efficiency.
  • Support facility leadership in conducting staff evaluations and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and develop strategies to enhance the patient experience.
  • Coordinate with program and medical leadership to implement quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators and site performance.
  • Participate in accreditation, regulatory, and compliance readiness activities.
  • Promote and maintain a positive, professional, and respectful work environment.
  • Support community engagement and outreach initiatives as appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
  • Participate in committees and projects as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Credentials
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred
  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current ACLS certification required
  • Current PALS or ENPC certification required
Required Experience and Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership, charge nurse, or management experience (preferably in an emergency or acute care setting)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship management and team-building skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Highly organized and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems

Pay Range

$125,000.00 Annually to $145,000.00 Annually
