This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing territory and expand our customer base. We're looking for a proactive, self-driven sales professional who excels in outside sales and enjoys building relationships through cold calling and canvassing. You'll be in the field 3-4 days each week, engaging directly with customers across Orange County.

This is a consultative sales role focusing on understanding each customer's specific needs and goals to deliver customized (PPE) solutions. Once trained, you'll become part of our team of safety experts, helping identify hazards, assess risks, and implement strategies that create safer workplaces.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business by cold calling and canvassing.
  • Assist customers in creating safety policies and procedures.
  • Help customers ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards by conducting risk assessments.
  • Facilitate training sessions on best practices for maintaining a safe workplace.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements in safety protocols.
  • Implement sales programs with existing clients.
  • Create proposals to generate new business
This is a home office-based position. You will be in the field three-four days a week with occasional overnight travel.

Salary is adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience, trainings, geographic location, additional qualifications such as licensure or certifications, market factors, and responsibilities.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience successfully selling and building client relationships experience (industrial or manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Ability to develop strategic client relationships
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • College Degree (preferred, not required)
  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
