WE Transport is currently hiring. A CDL license is a plus, but if you don’t have one, we provide Paid CDL Training to help you get started
Here’s What We Offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Split shifts for mornings and afternoons
- Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week
- PAID CDL Permit Training
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for fully licensed NY CDL drivers with A, B, or C licenses with P & S endorsements
- Starting Pay Rate: $24.25/hour for School Bus Van Drivers
- Starting Pay Rate: $28.50/hour for School Bus Drivers (CDL A or B with P and S Endorsement Required)

Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a school bus or van for student transportation.
- Monitor traffic, road conditions, and student behavior to ensure safety during the ride.
- Comply with all traffic laws and district requirements.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Possess a valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements for buses, or a Class C with P & S endorsements for vans, or willingness to obtain through our free training.
- Must pass a drug test, background check, and comply with state and federal CDL guidelines.
- Non-CDL drivers should have a valid driver’s license and complete CDL permit training.
