Our client, located in the beautiful state of Delaware, is seeking an Inpatient Hospital Staff Clinical Pharmacist. A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with 1 year of post-graduate hospital experience is preferred.

The staff clinical pharmacist will monitor patients to ensure the appropriateness of the antibiotics utilized and make recommendations to improve outcomes. Advises and consults with patients and families, and medical and nursing staff.

Live in a beautiful, progressive town full of history. The number one attraction is the Sand and the Sun. This is a walking town where you will find everything you need within a half-square mile.

MUST-HAVE

  • A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • 1 year of post-graduate hospital experience is preferred.
