About the Role:

Audi New Rochelle is looking for a Warranty Administrator with strong coding and documentation expertise to join our award-winning service team. You'll be the go-to person ensuring every claim is coded, verified, and processed with precision - the first time.
What You'll Do:
  • Perform accurate warranty coding for all repairs, ensuring the correct labor ops, causal parts, and condition codes per Audi guidelines.
  • Review repair orders, factory procedures, and TSBs to confirm compliance and support each claim.
  • Work directly with technicians and service advisors to verify repair accuracy and documentation.
  • Maintain audit-ready warranty files and resolve any claim discrepancies or rejections quickly.
  • Use CDK and MyKaarma for documentation, tracking, and communication flow.
  • Stay updated on all Audi warranty policy and coding updates.
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of dealership warranty admin experience (Audi/VW or luxury brand ideal).
  • Strong knowledge of CDK, MyKaarma, and warranty coding best practices.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
