Join a well-established, collaborative neonatology team at a regional perinatal center in Pennington, NJ. This full-time opportunity combines advanced neonatal care, teaching responsibilities, and an excellent work-life balance in a highly desirable location near Princeton, NYC, and Philadelphia.

Clinical Environment

  • NICU Level: Level III

  • NICU Size: 30 beds

  • Average Daily Census: ~17 patients

  • Annual NICU Admissions: 400+

  • Annual Deliveries: ~4,000

Coverage Model

  • Combination of 24-hour in-house shifts and 10-hour day shifts

  • Work alongside 6 experienced Neonatologists in a supportive team environment

Advanced Clinical Capabilities

  • High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV)

  • Nitric Oxide Therapy

  • Therapeutic Hypothermia

  • High-acuity neonatal care within a regional referral center

Teaching & Collaboration

  • Mentor Family Practice residents and observational students

  • New OB/GYN residency program launching Summer 2025

Requirements Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology (within 5 years of residency)

  • Active New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain

  • DEA and NJ CDS/CSR licenses required prior to start

  • Neonatology experience required

  • Clean malpractice and licensure history strongly preferred

  • Willingness to relocate locally, if needed
