Machobear Studios is an established tech start-up based in Vancouver. We work on a variety of exciting projects for our clients within the real estate and food industries, providing innovative tech solutions that meet their unique needs.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Specialist based in Seattle to join our team on a 1 year contract. This role will focus on marketing aspects for Seattle House. Concord Pacific and Seattle's HB Management have partnered to develop Seattle House in the centre of Seattle's tech hub. Seattle House will be the culmination of the partnership's years of global experience in the refinement of urban living.

In this role, you will be an extension of our marketing team in Vancouver, and you'll support a mix of marketing initiatives across social media, email, website, and community channels. You'll create and share content, engage with audiences, coordinate partnerships with local businesses, and help ensure consistent messaging across campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support and coordinate a wide range of marketing initiatives across social media, email, website, and community channels
  • Capture and curate content (photos, videos, stories) for social media, help post and share content across platforms
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions to foster engagement and build brand presence
  • Act as the go-to person for connecting with local businesses; building partnerships, coordinating collaborations, and representing the brand in-person when needed
  • Coordinate signage, marketing materials, and campaign assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, from drafting content to coordinating sends
  • Collaborate with the internal team on campaign planning, creative ideas, and community engagement initiatives
  • Stay current on marketing and social trends to bring fresh ideas to campaigns and partnerships
What You Bring Us
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with exposure to a variety of channels such as social media, email, partnerships, and community engagement
  • Solid understanding of core marketing principles and the ability to apply them across different campaigns and platforms
  • Experience managing projects and coordinating with internal teams, clients, or external partners
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to keep tasks organized and on track
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills to juggle multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-moving, changing environments
