What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Maintenance Technician: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with solid hands-on experience in maintenance or similar work Solid knowledge of general maintenance tools and techniques Relevant licenses or certifications for maintenance work (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Solid technical and complex skills. What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician: Perform routine and preventative maintenance, like replacing air filters, cleaning vents, changing light bulbs, and preparing apartments for new residents Respond to resident service requests and help with on-call duties as needed Help keep the community clean and organized, including janitorial tasks and distributing materials A Little About Us: Jefferson Apartment Group is a full-service real estate firm focused on multifamily and mixed-use communities.
