Picture Yourself at Pega:

As the SAP Market Intelligence & Strategy Lead , you'll be the eyes and ears of Pega within the SAP ecosystem. You'll analyze market trends, quantify opportunity, and identify high-value segments where Pega's platform can deliver the most impact. Your insights will directly influence product strategy, GTM planning, and executive decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do at Pega:

Market Research & Analysis

• Analyze SAP's ecosystem (S/4HANA, BTP, Industry Cloud, Rise with SAP) to identify transformation trends and opportunities.

• Conduct TAM/SAM/SOM modeling across industries, geographies, and product lines.

• Track competitor moves and partner strategies

• Build forecasts, dashboards, and executive-ready market analysis.

Strategic Insights & Recommendations

• Translate market intelligence into actionable GTM and product strategy recommendations.

• Identify industries, regions, and customer archetypes where Pega is best positioned to win in SAP-heavy environments.

• Deliver quarterly strategy briefs and competitive updates to executive leadership.

Who You Are:

• A strategic thinker with 7+ years of experience in enterprise software market intelligence, corporate strategy, or consulting.

• Deeply knowledgeable about SAP's roadmap, migration programs, and enterprise IT trends.

• Experienced in developing competitive intelligence frameworks and market sizing models.

• Skilled in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.

What You've Accomplished:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning.

• Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and enterprise architecture in SAP landscapes.

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 155,200 - 240,900 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
