Who We're Seeking:

  • Certified Surgical Technologist: Must possess a degree in Surgical Technology and be certified or eligible for certification through the NBSTSA. NCCT certification may be acceptable based on the assigned territory.
  • Adaptable and Travel-Ready: Comfortable with driving to various locations in your territory, including overnight stays as needed. All travel expenses, such as hotel stays and meal allowances, are covered.
  • Excellent Communicator: Capable of quickly establishing strong relationships with surgeons and their teams.
  • Self-Assured: Ability to flourish in high-pressure environments with professionalism and confidence.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Proficient in managing equipment and completing necessary administrative tasks for your territory.
  • Operating Room Experience: Experience in ophthalmology is advantageous but not required.

Relocation Assistance: We offer relocation allowances for qualified candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including use of a company iPhone and iPad.
  • Ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships with medical staff.

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly salary.
