• Delivering top-quality nursing care to post-acute residents
• Monitoring resident conditions and providing updates to nursing staff
• Documenting vital signs and other essential health information
• Assisting residents with grooming, feeding, and daily living activities
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment by following hygiene best practices
