We are growing fast and adding another rock-solid Personal Injury Intake Specialist to our team. This is not a “sit and wait for calls” role this is a high-volume, phone-heavy position where you are the first point of contact for injured clients who need immediate help, guidance, and reassurance.

What You’ll Do
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Qualify potential clients and determine case viability
Collect and enter key case information into our software (Filevine/Lead Docket experience a plus)
Schedule consultations and communicate with attorneys and case management
Follow up on pending leads and chase down missing information
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism
Work closely with the intake team to ensure cases are quickly assigned and moving forward
What We’re Looking For
Experience in personal injury intake or call-center/customer service
Clear, confident communication on the phone (no call anxiety)
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
Ability to multitask and stay organized when it gets busy
Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus
Thick skin and a problem-solving mindset—our clients are often stressed or confused
