  • Compensation:
    • Annual Base Pay: $46K to $56K for Certified Managers.
    • Monthly Bonuses: Earn up to an extra $500 for meeting key objectives.
    • Weekly Performance Bonuses: Additional $100 for consistent metric achievements.
    • Year-End Performance Bonuses: Top performers can qualify for over $10K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a healthy and safe environment, adhering to all safety and food regulations.
  • Maintain high standards for food preparation and service.
  • Develop a guest-focused culture within the restaurant.
  • Recruit, hire, and train team members effectively.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement action plans for improvements.
  • Manage inventory, vendor orders, and financial reporting.
  • Lead team meetings and deliver training sessions to staff.
