We are looking for a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team at Northeast Appliance Repair LLC. As a leading appliance repair company in West Monroe, LA, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch service to our customers and creating a positive work environment for our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair various appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Order and maintain parts inventory
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
- Mechanical/electrical experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with various appliance brands and models
About Us:
Northeast Appliance Repair LLC has been serving the West Monroe area for over 10 years, earning a reputation for reliability and expertise in appliance repair. Our dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers, and we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment for our employees.
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
As an appliance repair technician, you'll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you'll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.
You'll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you'll have to deal with people, too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
