We are seeking a proactive and resourceful recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting talented individuals to meaningful opportunities and supporting the growth of our organization through strategic recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department leads to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, outreach, and partnerships.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with organizational values and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Manage communication with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and track progress against hiring goals.
